Kuwait University announced that the European Union selects Dr. Mohammad Kamal as first non-European examiner in the Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Head and Neck Surgery.

Kuwait University stated in a press release on Wednesday, that this selection is a new scientific achievement for both Kuwait and the university, noting that Dr. Kamal is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Dentistry.

The statement added that Dr. Kamal obtained a joint patent with Dr. Abdulmohsen Al-Turki, consultant of ear, nose and throat at the Ministry of Health, adding that he also won the award for the best scientific research paper during the Austrian Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery conference, two years ago.
