The General Directorate for Narcotics Control (GDNC) arrested three citizens in the Eastern Region attempting to sell 30,408 tablets of amphetamine and hashish. They were also in possession of a firearm and live bullets. GDNC has referred them to the Public Prosecution.
Security authorities urge citizens and residents to report any drug selling or smuggling activity by calling 911 in Makkah, Riyadh and Eastern Region, 999 in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions, the General Directorate of Narcotics Control at 995 or by e-mail at: 995@gdnc.gov.sa. All information given will be treated with strict confidentiality.
