KUWAIT, His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Thursday a cable from UN Secretary General’s Envoy for Humanitarian Affairs, Amiri Diwan Advisor, and Chairman of the Islamic Charitable Organization (IICO) Dr. Abdullah Al-Maatouq who congratulated His Highness on the success of the Third International Pledging Humanitarian Conference for Syria.
In the cable, Al-Maatouq hoped that the event would in easing the suffering of Syrian refugees. He also wished His Highness the Amir good health and ever more success in the future.
