– His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah’s Representative, Defense Minister Sheikh Abdullah Ali Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah returned home Tuesday, coming from Jordan after his participation in the military expo SOFEX 2022.

Sheikh Abdullah met with King Abdullah II of Jordan earlier in the day on the sidelines of the expo.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed the depth of relations between Kuwait and Jordan, and means of promoting them in military and defense fields to boost security and stability in the region.

In Aqaba city, the 13th session of the military expo SOFEX 2022 launched today with the participation of 300 companies specialized in manufacturing defensive equipment and weapons from 38 countries.

The event also featured delegations of 98 countries and 13 pavilions of the participating countries
