Chairman of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Dr. Mohammad Al-Jasser, met today with The Gambia’s Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs, on the sidelines of The Annual Meetings of the World Bank Group and International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Marrakech, Morocco.

The two sides reviewed the projects being implemented in the Gambia in the education, energy, and transport industry.

They stressed the need to strengthen cooperation and knowledge sharing to further the economic development of the Gambia.

Dr. Mohammad Al-Jasser also met today with Montenegro Minister of Finance Damjanovic, where they discussed potential areas for future cooperation with the IsDB Group.
