King Abdullah University Hospital Granted Planetree Silver Certification for Excellence in Person-Centered Care

Riyadh, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University received Planetree Silver Certification for Excellence in Person-Centered Care for its highest achievement in patient- and family-centered care.

This recognition is the result of the hospital’s endeavor to achieve excellence in health care in order to support the health system and provide distinguished health services that contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and the goals of the strategic plan 2025 of Princess Nourah University.

The certification is granted based on the extent to which the quality of health care is improved in hospitals and medical centers; it entails ensuring that patients and their families play an important role in the health care process by nurturing a humanitarian hospital environment that helps treat, support and educate patients.
