KSrelief inaugurates new batch of dates distribution project in Yemen

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched yesterday the latest phase of the date distribution project in Hadramout Al-Wadi, as part of the annual dates aid initiative in Yemen for 2023.

During this phase, 3,000 cartons of dates will be distributed to the most vulnerable families, displaced individuals in camps, and families with special needs. The overall project entails the distribution of 625,000 cartons of dates, weighing a total of 5,000 tons. This initiative will benefit 625,000 families across 13 Yemeni governorates, with Hadramout Al-Wadi receiving an allocation of 36,000 cartons of dates. These efforts are in line with the relief and humanitarian projects undertaken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through KSrelief, aimed at assisting the most in-need populations in various countries worldwide.
