His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has addressed a written message to the Chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council, Dr. Mohammad Younes Al-Manfi, related to means of bolstering the solid ties between the two brotherly countries.
The message was delivered by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah, currently visiting the Libyan capital Tripoli.
Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser is accompanied by a number of officials.
