His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to the President of Colombia Ivan Duque Marquez on the occasion of the national day of his country.
His Highness wished Marquez everlasting health and wellness, and further progress and prosperity to his people.
