His Highness Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Wednesday received a cable of congratulations from Iraqi President Barham Saleh, in which the latter expressed sincere congratulations on forming a new cabinet.

President Saleh wished the new government all the success in achieving the hopes and aspirations of the Kuwaiti people under the leadership of His Highness the Amir.

On his part, His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah replied in a cable, expressing appreciation and gratitude for the President’s sincere sentiments wishing him good health and the people of Iraq further prosperity.
