In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished him good health and wellness and further progress and prosperity for Angola and its friendly people.
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent the president of Angola two similar cables.
