His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Friday a cable of congratulations to Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammad Al-Sudani on the successful inauguration of the 25th Arabian Gulf Cup in Basra city.

In the cable, His Highness the Amir appreciated the need preparations and the huge resources offered by sisterly Iraq for the high-profile event, which reflected Iraq’s civilization and added to grandeur of the championship.

His Highness the Amir expressed his best wishes for the participating teams and organizing bodies.

His Highness the Amir wished everlasting good health to the Prime Minister, and further progress and prosperity to Iraq.
