His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Sunday sent a cable to Japan’s Emperor Naruhito congratulating him on the success of Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games that came to a close earlier in the day.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir commended the preparations made by this friendly country for the participating teams that contributed to the progress of the championship and achieved the desired goals so as to bring closer the world’s nations amid the health conditions witnessed by the world.
His Highness the Amir wished the Emperor long-term well-being, and Japan further progress and prosperity.
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah both sent similar cables
