His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Tuesday sent a cable to the new President of Kenya Dr. William Samoei Ruto, congratulating him on his victory in the elections as he took the constitutional oath.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished President Ruto success and everlasting wellbeing, and Kenya more progress and prosperity, voicing hope for even stronger ties between both countries.
