His Highness the Amir wished the Prime Minister further success, and his country progress and prosperity.
His Highnesses the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables.
