– His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Wednesday addressed a cable of condolences to Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro expressing deep sorrow and solidarity after floods swept large swaths of territories in the Brazilian states of Bahia and Minas Gerais inflicting a large number of casualties.

His Highness the Amir wished the injured quick recovery and the stricken nation ability to cope with repercussions of the natural catastrophe.

Meanwhile, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable to the Brazilian president expressing identical sentiments of solace.

For his part, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah also cabled the Brazilian president, expressing solidarity and sorrow for impact of the tragic incidents.
