His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday after a suicide bombing near Russia embassy in Kabul, capital of Afghanistan, left a number of casualties, including embassy staffers.
In the message, His Highness the Amir deplored the attack as “an act of terrorism” against innocent lives, saying it runs counter to humanitarian values and principles.
