– His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah expressed condolences on Sunday to Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari on the victims of the oil refinery blast in Rivers state South Nigeria.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed his deepest condolences to the victims’ families and wished the injured a fast recovery.
