His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah opened on Tuesday the second session of the 16th legislative term of the National Assembly with calls for cooperation and serving the nation.

In his opening speech to parliament, His Highness the Amir reiterated the importance of efforts to reinforce reforms and benefit the people through legislative and executive authorities’ cooperation.
