Kuwait’s cabinet approved on Wednesday a draft decree to appoint a new Minister of State for Amiri Diwan Affairs, naming Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Sabah to the role, the government said on Wednesday.
The draft proposal has been referred to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, pending his approval, the cabinet said on its official Twitter account
