Kuwait Army Chief of Staff General Khaled Al-Sabah participated in a meeting of the Dragon Group in Britain on Tuesday, the army said in a statement.

Participants, meeting at the invitation of British Chief of the Defence Staff, General Sir Nick Carter, discussed military affairs, regional and international challenges, as well as a mechanism to combat future threats, it said.

Chiefs of staff of armed forces from the Gulf Cooperation Council and Middle East took part.

The Dragon Group was named after its first meeting aboard HMS Dragon in 2018, and is an annual meeting of Defense Chiefs from the Middle East
