Kuwait’s cabinet approved on Monday a draft decree appointing Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah as chief of His Highness the Crown Prince’s Diwan in the rank of minister for four years.
The decree was referred to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah for final approval.
