Kuwait central bank issues bonds, tawarruq worth KD 240 mln

Kuwait’s central bank (CBK) announced new bonds and related Tawarruq valued at KD 240 million (around USD 792 million).

The new securities bear a maturity term of six months and a return rate of 3.750 percent, said a CBK statment.

Kuwait’s central bank last week issued the same value of bonds and tawarruq, with a similar return rate.
