His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah expressed his condolences on Sunday after flash floods, triggered by heavy monsoon downpours, left dozens of people dead across northern India.
In a cable he sent to Indian President Droupadi Murmu, His Highness the Crown Prince wished a speedy recovery for those injured amid the natural disaster.
