– The Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Acting Interior Minister Sheikh Talal Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah on Friday thanked the citizens for their response to the recently declared decree by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, calling for holding the National Assembly 2022 election.
The minister in a statement released by the Ministry of Interior said the Kuwaiti nationals manifested faithfulness and patriotism in the election, thus portraying the true democracy of Kuwait to the world.
He expressed gratitude to all the departments, staff and personnel who had a hand in holding the parliamentary elections successfully.
