Kuwait’s Foreign Ministry Saturday condemned the terrorist attack blast that targeted a passenger vehicle in Mopti Region, central Mali, killing and wounding dozens of people.

In a statement, the Ministry stressed Kuwait’s firm and principled stance against violence and terrorism.

The statement expressed Kuwait’s condolences to Mali’s government and people as well as the relatives of the victims, wishing a rapid recovery to those wounded. An improvised explosive device targeted the vehicle last Thursday, killing at least 10 civilians and injuring dozens others in Sibo, Mopti.
