– Kuwait Embassy in South Africa celebrated on Tuesday the country’s national holidays.

On the occasion, Kuwait charge d’affaires to South Africa Saleh Al-Thuwaikh delivered remarks in a speech sent to KUNA.

In his speech, Al-Thuwaikh said that “on the glorious occasion of the sixty-second anniversary of the National Day of the State of Kuwait and the thirty-second anniversary of Liberation Day, the Embassy extends its sincere congratulations and blessings to His Highness the Amir and His Highness the Crown Prince, and the honorable Kuwaiti people, recalling with all pride the heroic steadfastness of the people of Kuwait and their solid will in rejecting injustice and aggression and defending their homeland.

He also lauded the friendly ties between Kuwait and South Africa, expressing Kuwait’s appreciation for South Africa’s efforts in supporting the Palestinian case
