– The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Kuwait’s solidarity with Philippines after a 7.1-magnitude earthquake left several casualties in the northwestern province of Abra earlier Wednesday.
“The State of Kuwait offers sincere condolences to the people and government of the Philippines and the families of the victims,” the Ministry said in a statement, wishing those wounded a quick recovery.
