– The State of Kuwait, on Thursday, expressed solidarity with the Philippines over floods that swept through a number of regions causing death of scores of people, injuries and damage.

The Foreign Ministry in a statement shared its condolences to the Philippines’ leadership, government and people, as well as families of the victims, wishing the injured swift recovery.
