– Kuwait’s fire department urged maximum caution on Wednesday as unstable weather conditions grip the country, where a prevailing dust storm has largely impaired visibility on the road.

Anyone in need of urgent assistance should dial the hotline 112 for immediate help, Kuwait Fire Force said in a statement
