Kuwait’s Foreign Minister and State Minister for Cabinet Affairs Sheikh Dr Ahmad Naser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah met United Nations Under-Secretary-General and UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini in Cairo on Wednesday.

Lazzarini reviewed UNRWA’s humanitarian endeavours directed at Palestinians.

For his part, the minister reiterated his government’s commitment to these noble efforts and its keenness to provide support for the UN agency.

The talks were held on the fringes of a ministerial meeting at the Cairo-based Arab League
