– Kuwaiti Minister of Justice, Minister of Awqaf (endowment) and Islamic Affairs, and Minister of State for Integrity Promotion Affairs Abdulaziz Al-Majed will head to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Monday to partake in an OIC meeting on anti-corruption.
In a press statement, Al-Majed, heading the Kuwaiti delegation, said that he would convey the efforts of Kuwait within countering corruption during his participation in the First Ministerial Meeting of Anti-Corruption Law Enforcement Authorities in OIC Member States.
He expressed gratitude for the OIC Secretariat and experts involved in the formalization of the Makkah Agreement for anti-corruption law enforcement agencies, saying the draft agreement would be sent to the OIC Foreign Ministers council to begin the signing process.
Minister Al-Majed also affirmed that dialogue forums and other meetings would be held on the sideline of the event
