– The Ministry of Health said Friday that 22 people tested positive for the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) in the past 24 hours, bringing Kuwait’s caseload to 413,441.
The recoveries rose by 21 to 410,684 while the death toll from the pandemic stands stable at 2,465, the Ministry’s Spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad told KUNA.
There are 292 patients receiving treatment from Covid-19, including nine at hospital wards and three at ICUs.
As many as 20,703 swab tests have been conducted over the past day, taking the total to 5,390,437, the spokesman added.
