– Kuwait’s confirmed daily coronavirus cases rose by 24 to 412,893 while no deaths were reported leaving the total unchanged at 2,462, the health ministry said on Tuesday.

Another 25 people were cured of the virus, raising the total of those to have overcome the disease to 410,135, according to ministry spokesperson Dr. Abdallah Al-Sanad in a statement.

The number of people hospitalised with the virus at COVID-19 wards is 11, seven of whom have been admitted to intensive care units, he added, revealing that another 296 are receiving regular treatment.

Some 15,101 swab tests were conducted over the last day out of a total of 4,979,605, mentioned the official.
