Kuwait’s National Assembly Speaker Ahmad Al-Saadoun inaugurated on Wednesday the follow-up session to examine remaining items on the agenda of the regular session held the day before.

It features discussions of the report by the committee of housing and property affairs and proposed establishment of labor towns company on state-owned plots of land.

The agenda also includes examination of a report by the social and health affairs committee, replacing the term “domestic worker” with “maid” and formation of an interim commission to tackle the issue of retirees’ pensions.
