His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent on Thursday a cable to the Governor General of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Susan Dougan, congratulating her on her country’s National Day.
In his cable, the premier expressed his best wishes and prosperity on the occasion.
