A Kuwaiti historian released on Monday never before seen pictures of Britain’s Queen Elizabeth meandering around the ever illuminous seaside landmark of Kuwait Towers.
The photographs, displayed amid an exhibition marking Queen Elizabeth’s 70th year on the British throne, depict the world’s longest-reigning monarch, alongside her late husband Prince Philip, visiting Kuwait Towers mere days before the iconic site’s official opening.
