Kuwait SC snatched the local football super cup for the sixth time after beating Kazma SC 2-1 Sunday.
Kuwait netted in the fifth minute by Taha al-Khonaisi’s knockout, while Kazma equalized in the 11th minute by Omar al-Hobaiter.
In the second half, Kuwait’s al-Mahdi bin Rahma, a Moroccan professional, scored in the 89th minute, ending the game in favor of his team.
Kuwait and Qadsiya each won the trophy sixth times, followed by Al-Arabi with three titles.
