Kuwait’s Foreign Ministry on Sunday strongly condemned the latest Houthi attempts to threaten security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Najran.

A ministry statement said those terrorist attacks represent a threat to the security of Saudi Arabia and the region’s stability, as well as they pose challenge to the international community’s efforts to put a stop to the conflict in Yemen.

It added that this behavior necessitates swift and firm actions from the international community to stop the attacks and hold perpetrators accountable.

It underlined Kuwait’s total support for all measures assumed by Saudi Arabia to ensure its security, stability and sovereignty.

The statement also expressed sympathy and solidarity with Lebanon over the tragic fuel tank explosion earlier today, praying to Almighty Allah to bestow mercy upon the dead and wished speedy recovery for the injured
