– The Chief of the General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army, Lieutenant-General Khaled Saleh Al-Sabah and US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Barbara A. Leaf discussed on Tuesday the military cooperation.
A press statement from the General Staff said Lt.-Gen. Khaled received the US official, now on a visit to Kuwait, and both sides touched several topics especially military cooperation between both countries.
On October 11, the US official started a tour of four Arab countries, namely Egypt, Kuwait, UAE and Qatar.
