The price of a barrel of Kuwaiti oil fell by 73 cents to reach USD 82.97 a barrel in trading on Monday, compared to USD 83.70 last Friday, according to Kuwait Petroleum Corporation Tuesday.
In global markets, Brent crude rose 99 cents to USD 84.71 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate rose 84 cents to USD 84.05.
