— Kuwait’s Embassy in Washington called on Kuwaiti students and citizens in areas and cities in the states of New York and New Jersey that are prone to floods and rainstorms as a result of Hurricane Ida, to take precautions and necessary measures to ensure their safety and the safety of those with them.

The embassy stressed in a statement that at the same time it wishes security and safety for all, emphasising the need to adhere to the instructions and directives issued by the US local authorities, whose goal it is to tackle this storm and ensure their safety.
