His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Monday two cables to the Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman to congratulate them on the arrival of two Saudi astronauts Ali Al-Qarni and Rayyanah Barnawi at the International Space Station.
In his cables, His Highness the Amir lauded the new Saudi scientific achievement which is added to the Kingdom’s numerous successes.
This accomplishment embodies the great progress the Kingdom has reached in the scientific, technical, and space fields and bolsters its status on the international stage at all levels, he said.
His Highness the Amir confirmed that this Saudi and Arab achievement is a source of pride.
His Highness Sheikh Nawaf wished more progress and prosperity for the Kingdom and its honorable people under the wise leadership of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
