Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Saban send a congratulation cable to Dr. Hussain Al-Musallam for his election as new president of the International Swimming Federation (FINA).
In a press statement, Minister Al-Sabah stressed that winning such a high sport position is a big achievement for the Kuwaiti sport.
He praised Al-Musallam’s accomplishments in the sport and administrative fields, wishing him a successful and productive career.
