Makkah: Ministry of Education scouts have contributed 91,092 volunteer hours at the Grand Mosque from the 1st to the 20th of Ramadan.
The 928 scouts served 610,932 Umrah performers and visitors, distributed 175,000 meals and 253,000 packages of dates, and helped around 25,800 wheelchair users arrive at the mosque.
Female scouts provided services at Ajyad Emergency Hospital and the health centers at the Grand Mosque.
The Ministry of Education scouts cooperate with the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, security forces at the Grand Mosque, and Al Hudaybiyah Association for Humanitarian Services to carry out their work.
