Music Commission to Organize Marvels of Saudi Orchestra Concert in London on September 28


Under the patronage of Minister of Culture and Chairman of the Theater and Performing Arts Commission Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, the Music Commission is organizing the “Marvels of Saudi Orchestra” concert on September 28, at the historic Westminster Central Hall in the heart of London. This event is part of the Commission’s efforts to enhance the presence of Saudi culture and arts on the international stage.

The “Marvels of Saudi Orchestra” concert in London marks the fourth stop in the global tour of the Saudi National Orchestra and Choir. Following stellar performances at ThStre du CStelet in Paris, Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City, and the Metropolitan Opera House at Lincoln Center in New York, the Saudi Music Commission aims to continue achieving significant success by organizing the “Marvels of Saudi Orchestra” concert.

The Saudi National Orchestra and Choir will perform alongside the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in an evening extravaganza of intercultural collaboration. The orchestras wil
l perform both traditional Saudi songs and British classical compositions, showcasing the musical heritage and cultural diversity of Saudi Arabia.

The “Marvels of Saudi Orchestra” initiative aims to enhance the presence of Saudi arts on the global stage and reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to supporting arts and culture in all their forms. It also underscores the Commission’s dedication to promoting international cultural exchange as one of the objectives of the Saudi National Culture Strategy, under the umbrella of Saudi Vision 2030.
