One of those wanted for premeditated murder arrested in Babylon

The Babylon Police Command announced today, Sunday, the arrest of one of those wanted on charges of premeditated murder in accordance with the provisions of Article 406 of the Iraqi Penal Code, in the “formerly Al-Athar” Martyrs’ Checkpoint, north of the city of Hilla.

Babylon Police Director of Information, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, said, “The process of arresting the accused was carried out through procedures for checking the names of those arriving to the governorate and those passing through it from other governorates with the data of the criminal registration calculator within the checkpoint, indicating that the necessary legal measures had been taken against the accused.”
