The Preparatory Meetings for the 53rd Session of the Council of Arab Media Ministers commenced in Rabat today, commencing with the 99th session of the Standing Committee for Arab Media.

The meeting saw the participation of heads of Arab delegations, including the Syrian delegation, marking their first participation since 2011.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was represented at this meeting by the Director of Media Operations in charge of the Arab League File at the Ministry of Media, Turki bin Marzouq Al-Amri.
