— Shamal Az-Zour Al-Oula Power and Water Company has earned KD 10.2 million (USD 31.6 million) worth of net profits in first nine months of 2021 with a rise of 7.07 percent.

In a statement posted on Boursa Kuwait on Thursday, the company said that the dividend per share stood at 9.29 fils in 2021 against 8.68 fils from the same period of 2020.

The company, established in 2013, was listed at the local bourse in 2020 with a capital amounting to KD 110 million (USD 330 million).

It built, operated and maintained the northern Az-Zor power station (the first phase)
