People with special needs in Kuwait have the full support of the country’ political leadership, Social Affairs Minister May Al-Baghli said on Monday.
No effort will be spared in order to ensure that people with disabilities in Kuwait are well taken care of, the minister told a meeting involving a local center devoted to the needs of people with Down Syndrome
